I started using the capsules (1000 mg Opti-MSM) today and I had a lot of pain from working out on Thursday and the pain is pretty much gone.
I took 2 pills breakfast lunch and dinner and plan on using the cream (Nutra Face Skin & Joint MSM Cream) tonight.
How much of the powder should I use for Ginger? She only weighs 12 lbs. And can I just sprinkle on her food?
So with Ginger I have to prepare her food in advance because she gets Hyaluronic acid, Arnica, monoloum (sp?), and two Chinese herbal meds (pill form) in her food. Her food is homemade because of allergies. So, can I put the MSM in it in advance?

Better than the hype. I promise.
My sister recommended this product when I hurt my knee and was limping and in pain for several weeks. So, I thought why not and gave it a “Good ol’ college try”. I was very impressed, it really helped my knee to heal, and alleviated the limp in about 3 weeks time. And to my surprise my nails and hair clearly became healthier within the same time frame. My nails stopped breaking off and actually grew! …as did my hair. After 3 months time, my nails are noticeably strong and long, and my hair has also grown long, strong and healthy. The shedding of hair as significantly decreased as well.
If I had known how effective it was, I’d have started using this years ago.

Have I discovered the fountain of youth!
I heard Nutra Opti MSM is phenomenal for your skin and anti-aging benefits, so I purchased it and dove right in.
I quite smoking 8 years ago and was hoping to reverse some of damage and hopefully prevent any further damage. I have tried many products with little success. Helped my blood pressure!
I’m and elderly gentleman, and after taking this for a couple weeks, I took a blood pressure reading and it had drop 10 points along with my pulse. It has a slightly bitter taste, but drink my coffee right away. Bottle water dump it in and shake it up and drink. You get use to the taste which really is not bad. Great stuff!

Most pure plant based MSM on the market. I suggest you start very slow then build up to the recommended dose. This is pure MSM and my body does very well with it. Great source of sulfur in your diet. Nutra Opti-MSM Powder will be my go to from here on out!

Miracle Product
I’ve been using Nutra’s Opti MSM Powder for a number of years for my joints. I’ve had a shoulder and both knees replaced. It has been a lifesaver! It may not work as good for others but I have zero pain when I get up of a morning. I am 76 years old and I feel really good. I ran out ONCE thought I would give it a break see if I was somehow cured by some miracle. That will not happen again! After three weeks I definitely felt the difference. It’s clean, pure, and plant based as well as inexpensive and worth a try. It worked quickly for me but took longer for my wife, which I might add, has had both hips replaced.
